Chem Plus Starting at $105/mo.
​Includes:

• Test and balance Chemicals weekly
• Empty Skimmer basket(s)
• Empty Pump basket(s)
• Empty pool sweep bag or canister
• Adjust timers as needed
• Monitor Pool equipment for proper performance and notify customers of needed repairs.
• Filter back washing

Chem Brush Starting at $125/mo.
Includes:

• Everything in Chem Plus
• Brush steps and sides of pool

Chem Brush plus Skim Starts at $145/mo.

Includes:

• Everything in Chem Brush
• Skimming the top of water
• This is our "everything but the floor service" your pool sweep will take care of the floor. After big storms, we will take scoops out of the bottom to help the sweep catch up if needed.

Platinum Service Starting at $175/mo.

You must have a pool sweep for this service.
Includes:

• Everything in Chem Brush plus Skim
• Vacuuming bottom of the pool as needed.
• When we leave, your pool is spotless. You will not have to do anything but enjoy your pool!

Prices for service can vary depending on a variety of factors such as:

• The size of the pool
• Amount of debris that falls into the pool from trees and other landscaping.
• Higher than normal chemical usage due to underground leaks or other factors.  

Our goal is always for a fair deal, creating a win-win relationship. 

We schedule 2 filter cleanings per year at $55 per cleaning.  Some pools will need less, some will need more, but the average pool requires 2 cleanings per year.  ​

We have an annual charge of $45 in April for Spring conditioning which covers maintenance doses of conditioner and algaecide that is added to the water through the summer months. 

​We also offer a Pool RX option for $85.
